Delete Your TransferPals Account

You can permanently delete your TransferPals account and associated account data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to TransferPals.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion when prompted.

After a successful deletion, you are signed out and the deleted account can no longer be used to sign in.

Request deletion without access to the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app installed, email transferpalsapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your TransferPals account and ask for permanent account deletion.

Data deleted with your account

TransferPals deletes or anonymises account data associated with the deleted account where technically and legally appropriate. This may include your authentication account, profile information, uploaded profile/media files, posts and other account-linked content, recruitment activity, and account-linked messaging or club data.

Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, dispute handling, or other legitimate requirements described in the TransferPals Privacy Policy.
